More Fall Vignette Ideas !

Wheat grass pots in a vintage milk bottle holder are another way to easily create a Fall Vignette!

Such autumn loveliness! I am just getting into the spirit and put up a fall wreath and some bright gold flowers. Don't ya just love this time of year!?

About Me:

Many years ago I began using my camera to capture life’s miracles. I particularly observed people and flowers as subject matter. Encouraged by an award from Eastman Kodak, I continued my exploration.

My interest in nature shoots grew into a curiosity for the art of floral design. I took university classes which in turn created an opportunity of which I could work at the side of accomplished designers in New York City and surrounding east coast suburbs. This blessed association and tutelage not only supported my husband and I in college but led me to future interior floral design jobs and events work on the west coast.

As a busy at-home mom looking for a creative outlet, I opened a small store display in a local artisan fair to feature my designs for potential home and business interior floral design work. To accent my floral designs I created other unique décor items. My little storefront within a store gathered a bit of attention and was pictured in a local promotional book featuring "The Best of Oregon". I was once again encouraged and continued my exploration with creating unique decor accents.

I love to create beautiful, personalized rooms, tablescapes, floral arrangements, themed vignettes and entertaining ideas. I enjoy being the photo stylist AND the photographer!

I believe that creating kindles and exalts the imagination and imagination reveals what the world can be. With each conscious movement in my work I feel a measure of inspiration and an overwhelming childlike, joyful state. It’s rather blissful and I like to be there as often as I can.

Within my decor accents and other creations I blend and layer a variety of materials and mediums that mingle much like water paints do when forming delicate new colors. Be it the use of a vintage swatch, antique button, or a brush stroke on my own photography the final integration most often results in a one-of-a-kind production.
